Allsop has appointed James Pullen as a partner to bolster its national business rates advisory team, with a focus on central London and the south east.
Pullen who joins from Colliers International, where he was a lead director in its rating department, began his property career 20 years ago and has held roles at The Valuation Office, GVA and Knight Frank.
