Federated Hermes has completed lettings totalling 34,000 sq ft at Fareham Reach Business Park in Gosport.
Life Couriers UK is doubling its warehouse presence at Fareham Reach by signing for the 27,231 sq ft Unit 620, bringing its total footprint at the park to 55,076 sq ft.
There has also been a double office renewal for The Police and Crime Commissioner for the Hampshire Police Area (PCC), which has recommitted to 6,669 sq ft of office space at the park.
