FI Real Estate Management has let a 12,432 sq ft unit at Springvale Industrial Estate in Cwmbran to bulk-buy retailer Wholesale Motion.
The company has taken Unit 54, an industrial and trade counter space, which benefits from both ground floor and mezzanine-level office accommodation and a large loading and parking area.
