Law firm Fieldfisher has agreed a lease extension on its circa 81,000 sq ft headquarters at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, until 2035.
Man Group is the head leaseholder at the BREEAM Excellent-rated building, which is asset managed by Oxygen Asset Management.

Jack Tomlin, head of the City tenant advisory group at CBRE, which advised Fieldfisher on the lease extension, added: “The enhanced amenity offering, river views and fantastic terrace spaces make Riverbank House a hugely attractive proposition. Refurbishment and re-imagination of existing assets are becoming increasingly prominent themes in an evolving market, which is characterised by high construction costs and sustainability pressures through our planning system.”
