Firethorn Trust has appointed Flora McDougall from CBRE as a senior associate.
At CBRE she was an associate director and chaired the company’s living sustainability working group. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving forward opportunities for Firethorn across the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and BTR markets.
She will work alongside director Marcus Weeks, who launched Firethorn’s living platform in February this year.
Weeks said: “Firethorn is well capitalised for acquisition, and as we move forward with several projects and opportunities in the pipeline, Flora will be an invaluable addition to the team.
