The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a management agreement with PITCH to operate 10,500 sq ft of ground floor serviced office space at Jessop House in Cheltenham.

The agreement with the fund, which is managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, includes the potential to expand further across the three-storey building’s 60,000 sq ft floorplate over time.

Boutique’s space provides 188 desks and can accommodate solo workers through to private businesses of up to 20 people.

Daniel Wheble, CEO of The Boutique Workplace Company, said: “We’re delighted to partner with Swiss Life Asset Managers UK and support the strong and vibrant business community in Cheltenham. Jessop House is a fantastic addition to our strong portfolio of workplaces. As we’ve done in other parts of the UK, we’re aiming to bring a modern, tactile office space, where small businesses can grow, connect and enjoy a hospitality-led office experience which is normally the preserve of large businesses.”

Simon Martindale, fund director at Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, added: “Partnering with Boutique on our first UK management agreement will allow us to bring something new and unique to Jessop House. This partnership has been in discussion for many months, but our mutual focus has always been to raise the office experience for small businesses in the Cheltenham and Cotswolds area and to diversify the income profile from the building.”
