Flexible workspace provider Cubo has taken over 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham from WeWork.

Cubo has signed a long lease at the building, which offers more than 30,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.

The site will offer private offices for teams of all sizes and will feature Cubo’s signature amenities, including a destination co-working lounge with barista-led coffee and breakout areas, enterprise-grade meeting suites and event space, social, networking and wellness events, and fully flexible and all-inclusive membership options.

Marc Brough, CEO and founder of Cubo, said: “55 Colmore Row is one of the UK’s most iconic flexible workspace addresses – a building that companies genuinely aspire to work from. Taking this site into the Cubo portfolio is a major statement of intent. We’re expanding, we’re investing, and we’re committed to delivering exceptional workspace experiences in the country’s leading business cities. Birmingham is a key part of that strategy.”
