The Boutique Workplace Company has signed for 35,000 sq ft of space across two sites in Glasgow and London.
In Glasgow, the company has taken 22,000 sq ft at EPIC’s 9 George Street building for its first site in Scotland and in London it has signed for 13,000 sq ft at 32 Threadneedle Street, which is owned by the Canal & River Trust.

With our consistent growth in London, we wanted to focus on expansion opportunity across the UK in order to grow our network for our clients.”

The Canal & River Trust was jointly advised by Colliers and Avison Young and Boutique was represented by Reesa at 32 Threadneedle Street. G8 acted on behalf of EPIC at 9 George Street.
