Flexible workspace operator Runway East has appointed Sophie Marsh as chief operating officer (COO).
Marsh has more than 14 years of experience in scaling start-ups and high-growth businesses, and has a proven track record in operational strategy, project delivery and organisational optimisation.
In her new role, she will drive operational performance across Runway East’s expanding portfolio of workspaces and lead initiatives that support long-term growth, service excellence and member satisfaction.
Natasha Guerra, founder of Runway East, said: “We are growing and so too is our board. Sophie has very quickly become an integral team member, and with four sites opening in the next five months she has joined at a pivotal moment in the business. 2026 is off to a flying start, the majority of our sites are at capacity but we’re hoping to announce another new location in the summer along with a pipeline of new opportunities.”
