BGO and Equation Properties have let two units totalling more than 325,000 sq ft at the Horizon 29 logistics scheme in Chesterfield.
The 251,981 sq ft Unit 8 has been let to food and drink specialist 3PL Romac Logistics, and the 73,239 sq ft Unit 1 has been let to UK fire door manufacturer Solidcor for the company’s new HQ.
Horizon 29 is a speculative logistics scheme that has been developed across two phases and provides more than 1.1m sq ft. Following completion of the lettings, only two buildings remain available to lease at the site – Unit 5 (137,206 sq ft) and Unit 7 (252,056 sq ft).
