Flurry of leasing deals at Manchester Arndale

M&G Real Estate and Global Mutual have competed a flurry of leasing deals at Manchester Arndale.

River Island has renewed its lease for a further five years and will expand its existing site by 3,686 sq ft to occupy a 22,415 sq ft unit.

Mexican eatery Tortilla is taking a 1,737 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease, the Watch Lab has agreed a new five-year lease, Thomas Sabo has signed a new five-year lease on its 1,381 sq ft unit on New Cannon Street and accessory and jewellery brand Claire’s has agreed a new five-year lease.
