Chancerygate and joint venture partner Northwood Urban Logistics have completed nearly 35,000 sq ft of lettings at the Bridgewater Point urban logistics development at Trafford Park in Manchester.
Unik Clothing has signed for a 8,770 sq ft unit, Trade Outlet has taken a 13,570 sq ft unit and an international technology communications company has taken 12,580 sq ft.
The development comprises 16 Grade A leasehold units, ranging in size from 5,120 sq ft to 13,585 sq ft with the potential to combine units to provide a single unit of 44,695 sq ft.
The units are constructed from high-performance building materials to reduce CO2 emissions and the scheme has achieved an EPC A and BREEAM Very Good rating.
