UK trainers and apparel retailer Footasylum has signed a 20-year lease renewal on an upsized 17,000 sq ft flagship store at Manchester Arndale.
The new flagship store will feature a modern refit, creating an immersive shopping environment for brands such as Nike, Adidas, Monterrain and Dripmade.
Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, said: “We are thrilled that Footasylum has chosen to not only renew, but significantly expand its presence at Manchester Arndale. This is a testament to the strength of the centre and its ability to attract and retain leading retail brands.”
