Flexible workspace provider Fora has opened the 25,000 sq ft Parcels Building on the corner of Oxford Street and Duke Street, opposite Selfridges department store.
Fora has partnered with the building owner Duke Street Property to deliver flexible workspace over six floors of the 1950s built building with residents benefitting from a range of facilities and amenities including an on-site barista bar, an alfresco terrace overlooking the West End, an event space and a secure cycle store.
Duke Street and Fora are targeting BREEAM Outstanding for the Grafton Architects-designed workspace and a minimum of Excellent.
