Frasers Property UK has let 6,000 sq ft of office space on a 10-year lease to Wireless Infrastructure Group (WIG) at Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull.
WIG has tripled the size of its existing 2,000 sq ft office footprint at the park and relocated its towers team to the new space at the Rhodium building.
Richard Grimes, commercial director at Wireless Infrastructure Group, said: “With the expansion of our infrastructure portfolio and the growth of our team, we are delighted to move into a larger, much-needed office space. Rhodium in Blythe Valley is an excellent location that will enable us to better serve our customers whilst providing a great working environment for our team.”
