The freehold of a circa 50-acre industrial site within Estuary Business Park in Speke, Liverpool, has come to market.
Prinovis UK has appointed CBRE to sell the freehold interest in its 627,217 sq ft owner-occupied printing facility on Dakota Drive, in addition to nearly 27 acres of land that could deliver more than 350,000 sq ft of I&L space.
Last year, Bertelsmann Marketing Services – the German parent company of Prinovis UK – announced a managed shutdown of the Liverpool site due to market decline and huge increases in raw material costs, particularly in energy.
Site specifications include up to 18.4MVA, delivered via 6.5MVA coming in from the grid, with an additional 10.6MVA available via the site’s own combined heat and power (CHP) facility, plus 5,000 roof mounted UV panels producing 1.3 megawatts.
