Fusion Group has promoted André Ferdinand to projects director and appointed him to the company’s board.
In his expanded role, Ferdinand, who joined Fusion in 2022, will help to deliver the company’s development pipeline and foster deeper partnerships across the supply chain to support future growth in the co-living and other living sectors.
Fusion has also recruited Kate Stephenson from Canary Wharf Group as associate project director. Stephenson, who has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, has delivered high-value projects across the UK and US and held a number of key project and development management roles.
Paul Miles, group construction director at Fusion Group, said: “Kate brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on approach from her time at Canary Wharf Group, Opera and Turner & Townsend, and we’re excited to have her join the construction team alongside André and myself. Her insight and technical knowledge will be a real asset as we focus on delivering our upcoming projects across the country.
