Gatehouse Investment Management has bolstered its acquisitions team with the recruitment of Ben Bianchi as acquisitions assistant.
In his new role at the single-family build-to-rent (BTR) specialist, Bianchi – who joins Gatehouse IM from a family office, where he worked as an analyst – will assist in the identification and analysis of expansion opportunities for the portfolios managed by the company.
John Coles, head of acquisitions at Gatehouse IM, said: “With capital to deploy in the immediate term across a range of platforms and strategies, this is an incredibly busy period for the team. Ben’s arrival will enable us to target new single-family BTR acquisitions even more effectively.”
