Dufton Plumbing & Heating Supplies has taken 9,905 sq ft of space at Orchard Street Investment Management’s Gildersome Spur industrial estate in Leeds on a 10-year lease.
The estate, which was recently comprehensively refurbished, is now fully let after Orchard Street completed 77,000 sq ft of leasing deals to five occupiers over the past 12 months.
