Global dental brand Straumann has taken 9,060 sq ft of office space on the second floor of the Nexus Crawley building on a 10-year lease for its new UK HQ.
Situated on Gatwick Road, at the heart of the Manor Royal Business District, the four-storey office building is now 90% let, with just 5,111 sq ft of space available.
Adam Godfrey, partner at SHW, which advised the building’s private landlord on the letting, said: “With lettings already secured to SEACAmb, Torrent Pharma and Electrical Vehicle Chargers, we are thrilled that Straumann has chosen Nexus as its new UK HQ and we are now 90% full. Combining the quality of this development, and its prime location we are confident that the last remaining space will be snapped up.”
