An unnamed global technology company has signed for 10,775 sq ft at Brookgate’s 10 Station Road development in Cambridge.
Designed by Perkins + Will, the five-storey building provides 50,000 sq ft of flexible Grade A modern workspace within Cambridge’s central business district.
The building has secured a NABERS UK Design for Performance rating of 4.5* and BREEAM Outstanding.
