Gateley Legal has appointed Daniel Walsh as a partner in the firm’s real estate team in Birmingham.
Walsh, who has 20 years of experience, previously held senior roles at CMS, Eversheds Sutherland and Gowling WLG.
During his career, he has worked with a range of developers, institutional investors and property funds on complex, strategic and high value development and investment transactions across all real estate asset classes, with a particular focus on large-scale logistics schemes and urban regeneration projects.
