Godwin Developments has recruited Simon Boreham as senior development director to further expand the company’s value-added residential pipeline.
Prior to joining Godwin, Boreham worked as land and planning director at Countryside Partnership and before that he held positions at the Berkeley Group, Wilmott Dixon Developments and CALA Group.
In his new role, he will be based in Godwin’s Mayfair office and his mandate will be centered on securing residentially-led development opportunities nationwide, with a particular focus on the South East.
