Godwin Developments has promoted Marcus Phayer to the position of development director, industrial and logistics.
Phayer, who has more than a decade’s experience in the sector, joined Godwin from Tritax Symmetry having previously also worked at Graftongate, CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield.
Matt Chandler, managing director at Godwin Developments, said: “Despite recent headwinds, there are still significant opportunities in well-established distribution corridors, close to major population centres and transport networks. We have ambitious plans for the sector and are delighted that Marcus will be spearheading this drive, working with partners across the industry to grow our team and portfolio of projects nationwide.”
