The freehold of the Grade II listed The Grand Post House building in Wolverhampton city centre has been put up for sale with a price tag of £1m.
Designed by Sir Harry Tanner, The Grand Post House was built in 1895 and served as Wolverhampton’s head post office before it became university offices.
The 22,975 sq ft property, which is located on Lichfield Street, close to Wolverhampton Grand Theatre, comprises retail space on the ground floor and three upper floors, which are currently vacant.
