Industrial and logistics developer Graftongate has appointed Paul Hanley from Bridge Industrial as a development director.

Hanley helped the US industrial developer establish a UK division in November 2020 and over the last few years the company has delivered – or has in the pipeline – more than 700,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics assets within the M25.

Hanley began his career as an investment surveyor at Gerald Eve before joining Hinton Group UK as a development director in 2013. He joined Prologis as vice president – market officer (UK) in 2014 before becoming a partner at Bridge Industrial.

Hanley said: “This is a great role and an exciting opportunity for me. I’m really pleased to be part of a well-established business that’s got an excellent reputation of developing in the industrial and logistics sector throughout the UK for over the last two decades. I’m looking forward to help Graftongate build on that track record and help to further grow the business.

“The industrial and logistics sector is still the sector of choice from a capital perspective, and it is somewhere we see a lot of opportunity and I’ve come onboard to help Graftongate continue to take advantage of that.”
