Greenlight has obtained a resolution to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of a manufacturing complex in Redditch, Worcestershire.
The logistics joint venture platform between Coltham and Delancey client funds has also secured a pre-let to Honeywell, which is an existing occupier of the site.
The existing buildings will be partially demolished and four new units totalling 126,715 sq ft will be created at the Greenlight Redditch scheme.
The JV partners are targeting BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating for the units, which feature photovoltaic panels, EV charging infrastructure, rainwater harvesting and air source heat pumps.
