The Greenlight Urban logistics joint venture between Delancey and Coltham has secured planning permission for a new sustainability-led, 41,850 sq ft warehouse near Heathrow Airport.
The JV partners are targeting BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating for the warehouse, which has been designed to be net zero carbon in the base build and operation.
Construction will begin on site in Q2 2025, with the new building ready for occupation in Q1 2026.

With several interested parties already, we look forward to developing a first-class asset.”
