Greenridge Investment Management has acquired a stake in technology platform Pantera for an undisclosed sum.

The platform, which was created by Caleb Dunn, Alex Wilson and Jack Hammond, formerly of Re-Leased, aims to “bring new levels of efficiency” to real estate investment and asset management modelling

Dunn, CEO of Pantera, said: “The current approach to investment modelling for real estate professionals is broken. It’s extremely time-intensive, costly and prone to error. Our software brings speed and precision to the process empowering asset and investment managers to take a proactive approach that optimises efficiency and success. In this respect, Greenridge is a perfect business for us to work with as both a client and a partner with whom we can evolve our product.”

Bik Bhuptani, co-founder and managing director of Greenridge Investment Management, added: “For the past three decades, Greenridge’s ability to find and evaluate assets that match our investors’ criteria has been the cornerstone of our business. Whilst we already have a team that evaluates deals, we see Pantera as bringing enhanced efficiency to this process and also look forward to working with their team to further progress the platform and create new capabilities.”
