Greyarc Investments has unveiled plans for the full refurbishment and extension of Building 2700 on John Smith Drive at Oxford Business Park to create the OxBio Hub innovation campus.
Greyarc purchased the the former HQ of Oxfam in 2024 and has submitted a detailed planning application to Oxford City Council for its transformation to lab and office space.
The building will be CL2 lab-ready and provide spaces ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 88,324 sq ft. The on-site amenity provision will include a gym, café, meeting rooms and auditorium.
