GREYKITE has bolstered its asset management and investment capabilities with two new hires from Blackstone.
Baptiste Meurisse, who was formerly a principal at Blackstone, where he spent seven years in the real estate asset management team, is joining the firm in April, and Silvia Cadau (pictured), who was a senior associate at Blackstone, spending five years in the real estate acquisitions team, is joining GREYKITE in March.
Michael Abel, founder and CEO of GREYKITE, said: “Baptiste and Silvia are excellent additions to the team. Baptiste brings strong asset management experience from one of the world’s leading real estate investors, and Silvia adds valuable investment expertise from her work on pan-European acquisitions. As we continue to scale GREYKITE’s platform, attracting high-calibre talent remains central to our ability to execute our strategy and deliver strong outcomes for the fund’s investors.”
Dan Valenzano, senior partner at GREYKITE, added: “Both Baptiste and Silvia bring relevant experience and institutional backgrounds that align closely with our investment approach. These hires reflect our continued focus on building a team with the expertise and discipline required to source and actively manage investments across Europe.”
