Hanover Green Retail has been appointed by Grosvenor as sole agent for all of the landlord’s strategy, retail and restaurant lettings on Motcomb Street in Belgravia, central London.

The pedestrianised street, which is lined with 36 shops and counts occupiers such as Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred Petrus restaurant, is just minutes away from Knightsbridge and Sloane Square tube stations.

Matthew Hyland, head of agency at Hanover Green Retail, said: “We are delighted to be appointed to assist Grosvenor on the continued improvement and development of Motcomb Street. We pride ourselves in giving market leading, strategic advice to all our clients and we look forward to working with Grosvenor to further strengthen the occupier mix with access to the best retail and restaurant brands.”

Jane Macdiarmid, Belgravia retail director at Grosvenor, added: “Hanover Green’s creative and personal approach to building exceptional retail and dining destinations will help support our ambitions to accelerate Motcomb Street’s reputation as a leading destination in London.

“They will also support us in finding occupiers who are aligned to our environmental and social impact ambitions, ensuring businesses in the area continue to contribute to the long-term success of Belgravia.”
