Grosvenor has completed lettings with two consulting firms at the Billiards Building on Edmund Street in Birmingham.
Alvarez & Marsal, which is currently based at Edmund Gardens on Edmund Street, has taken 9,264 sq ft on the eighth and part-ninth floors on a seven-year lease, and Hoare Lea has relocated to 3,986 sq ft of fully fitted space on the ground floor of the building on a 10-year lease. The company was previously based at 54 Hagley Road.
Previously known as 134 Edmund Street, the Billiards Building comprises 79,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and is located in Birmingham’s Colmore business district.
The property has recently been upgraded and now offers a new reception and business lounge, gym and yoga studio, and communal roof terrace.
