Grosvenor is selling the 125-year leasehold interest in the recently redeveloped 14 North Row office building in London’s Mayfair.
The 5,171 sq ft period building, which has a Grade II listed façade, is offered with full vacant possession and comprises a lower ground, ground and two upper floors, as well as a rear courtyard and bike store.
The building will be finished to shell and core, including a new roof, concrete slab and reinforced concrete lift shaft. Practical completion is expected in Q4 2024.
