OPRE Solutions, the operational real estate partner for the rental living sector, has rebranded as OPRE Group.
The group, which has expanded rapidly over the last 18 months, will provide a number of distinct and expanded institutional-grade offerings to developers, investors, lenders and operators across the rental living sector.
OPRE has also launched a strategic energy consulting business, co-founded with specialists Anthony Rutherford (commercial director of OPRE Energy) and Jack Hogarth (operations director) who between them have over 25 years in energy consulting, procurement and strategy. The group intends to launch other specialist capital and operational services later this year.
