HampsonWall has appointed Georgie Brooks as a partner to head up the company’s newly formed out of town agency team.

Brooks, who has more than 20 year’s experience in the out of town retail and leisure market, joins HampsonWall from Curson Sowerby Partners, where she was a partner in the out of town retail team.

Chris Hampson, partner at HampsonWall, said: “The formation of the out of town agency team was a key strategic next step for our business as we continue to grow and provide more services for our clients. The out of town agency team gives us the capability to help our clients over the lifecycle of their ownership of properties in the sector, offering strategic asset management advice alongside investment expertise.”

Joe Wall, partner at HampsonWall, added: We are very excited to welcome Georgie as a partner in the business. She has a wealth of experience in the retail warehouse sector and acts for some of the largest, and most prestigious, landlords. Georgie is a great fit for our business and we look forward to working with her to grow our agency capabilities.

Brooks said: ”I am thrilled to have joined HampsonWall as a partner. In my new role, I will continue to focus on providing leasing and strategic asset management advice. I will be collaborating closely with the HampsonWall investment eam, working alongside them to maximise value and provide occupational input to our clients on all aspects of transactional services.”
