Hanover Green has appointed Stuart Barron from JLL as a partner in its lease advisory team.
Barron, who spent 10 years at JLL and seven years at CBRE prior to that, advises on rent reviews, lease renewals and restructures on office assets across London and the South East.
In his new role, he will work closely with Rob Senior and Colette Williamson in Hanover Green’s West End office.
Senior said: “As a highly respected surveyor in the London and South East office markets, Stuart brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and will be a great addition to our lease advisory team.”
Barron added: “With rising rents on prime offices across London and the South East, rent reviews and renewals offer an opportunity to capture the market.
