Regeneration specialist Hargreaves Services has appointed Bruce Lindsay as land managing director.
Lindsay will assume his new role in June next year following David Anderson’s retirement from the position of group property director at Hargreaves Land in May.
Anderson joined Hargreaves Land in 2018 to lead the firm’s delivery of development projects across the UK and unlock value from the group’s land bank. He will remain involved in a small number of projects in a consultancy role.
Linsday has spent four years at Hargreaves Land as development director based in the firm’s Glasgow office. During this time, he has taken a leading role in the ongoing development of Blindwells, the sustainable new town located 12 miles outside of Edinburgh.
Lindsay said: “I am immensely proud to have the opportunity to lead the business following David’s decision to step down. Over the past six years, David has made a significant impact on the growth of Hargreaves Land and his leadership, dedication, and expertise have been invaluable.
“We have a tremendously talented team working across our three offices and some incredible development opportunities in the pipeline. I am very excited at the prospect of leading the next phase of growth in the evolution of Hargreaves Land.”
