Investment agency Harris Associates has appointed Alex Matthews as the firm’s inaugural head of build-to-rent (BTR).
In his new role, Matthews – who previously worked for Savills and Colliers – will take the lead on securing funding, overseeing acquisitions, and strategically managing divestments within the BTR sector. The firm said it is currently handling more than £1.2bn worth of UK disposal projects.
