Harris Associates has appointed head of build-to-rent (BTR) Alex Matthews as a partner.
Over the past two years at Harris Associates, Matthews has led on a significant volume of high-profile transactions, strengthened relationships with global capital and helped shape the firm’s strategy.
In his new role, he will remain focused on leading the firm’s BTR vertical while taking a broader role in terms of business strategy, talent development and growth across the living sector.
