Harworth Group has sold a parcel of land at Olive Lane, at its Waverley development in Rotherham, to Sky-House on which the regional housebuilder intends to build 50 new homes, in addition to its own HQ building.
Olive Lane is a new mixed-use ‘heart of the community’, which will provide housing, 21,000 sq ft of convenience retail, cafés and restaurants, in addition to a new medical centre.
The two acres of land acquired by Sky-House sit adjacent to Olive Lane’s high street and the housebuilder intends to deliver family homes and apartments on the site.
