Catella APAM, on behalf of Danish Pension Fund Britannia Invest A/S, has let 4,169 sq ft at One Colmore Row in Birmingham to Harworth Group.
The developer has signed a 10-year lease on the seventh floor of the Grade A office building, which is located in the heart of the city’s Colmore business district.
