HBD has secured outline planning consent for an additional 450,000 sq ft of employment space at Butterfield Business Park in Luton.
The company, which is part of Henry Boot, has already delivered more than 325,000 sq ft across the 83-acre site.

Since work began eight years ago, the site has been completely transformed, providing space for businesses to expand, and creating hundreds of jobs.
“It’s fantastic to have now secured outline planning consent for the next phase of development at Butterfield, delivering almost half a million square feet of sustainable employment space and supporting Luton in continuing to drive economic growth.”
