International health specialist Arjo UK has agreed a deal to occupy 15,820 sq ft of office space across the first and second floors of Morton House near Luton Airport.
The company has agreed a 10-year lease at the building on Kimpton Road with economic development company Luton Rising
Hannah Niven, associate and head of North Hertfordshire and Luton agency at Kirkby Diamond, which acted jointly with Savills and SR Wood on behalf of Luton Rising, said: “The fact a letting with Arjo UK Ltd was secured so rapidly is testament to both the quality of the space and the high standard of refurbishment of the former Vauxhall Motors K Block.
