Avison Young has appointed Jack Sellick as a director in its land and development team in Newcastle.
Sellick, who has more than 10 years’ experience in the development land sector, most recently served as interim strategic development and information manager at Durham County Council.
Specialising in strategic land, development consultancy, valuation and agency, he has experience in the preparation of financial viability assessments, as well as the promotion and disposal of residential and mixed-use development land.
Sellick said: “Joining Avison Young feels like a natural next step for me. I’ve spent much of my career sitting at the intersection of planning, viability and delivery, and I’m excited to bring that perspective into a consultancy environment.
