Helical appoints new chief investment officer

Helical has promoted Rob Sims to the newly created role of chief investment officer as part of a flurry of promotions across the business.

In his new role, Sims (pictured), who joined Helical in 2018, will manage the execution of new transactions, corporate structuring related matters and financial/investment analysis across the portfolio.

Helical has also promoted Matt Redgrove to the role of senior development executive; Fran Young has been promoted to senior asset manager; Lesley Dodd is now group financial controller; Martin Bramhill has been promoted to head of tax; and Lucy Miller has been promoted to property and finance executive.
