Notting Hill Genesis has appointed Higgins Partnerships as development partner for the Saxon Wharf mixed-use development at Deptford Creek in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Designed by architects BPTW, the scheme comprises a part 13-storey building and a part 17-storey building offering 145 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, with a tenure mix of 25% London affordable rent, 25% shared ownership and 50% private sale homes.
Commercial space will be provided on the ground floor of the buildings and the scheme will also feature a new public plaza and children’s play spaces.
