Alchemy Asset Management has recruited Kieran McSwiggan from British Land as associate director.
At British Land, McSwiggan worked cross-sector in development management, leading masterplanning, refurbishment and repurposing projects for assets including Glasgow Fort and Regents Place. In his new role, he will primarily focus on the London and South East office market.

We are also seeing an increase in workload for re-purposing under-performing offices to other uses. Kieran’s wide-ranging expertise and knowledge will be a valuable addition to Alchemy and we warmly welcome him to the business.”
