The Hill Group has appointed Alex Woolmore as the company’s new head of planning.
Woolmore joins the company from Related Argent where she spent 16 years, most recently as planning director, playing a pivotal role in the planning strategies for regeneration projects including King’s Cross and Tottenham Hale.
In her new role, Woolmore will provide advice and guidance on planning-related matters to support the promotion of the group’s strategic land portfolio and the delivery of its existing pipeline. She will also drive the acquisition of new sites helping the business achieve its housing delivery targets and ensuring smooth navigation through planning applications.
