Quadrant has completed a flurry of food and beverage lettings at YY London, its newly refurbished, ESG-led 415,000 sq ft office building in Canary Wharf.
Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus has signed for a 2,861 sq ft unit on a 20-year lease, Danish expresso bar has taken 1,141 sq ft on a 10-year lease and Quadrant has also completed a circa 9,500 sq ft letting with an unnamed major restaurant chain.
Tristram Gethin, founding partner at Quadrant, said: “We welcome these exceptional brands to YY London. That they are moving into YY London is further testament to the building’s quality and the role it is playing in Canary Wharf’s community.”
